"Everywhere in nature we are taught the lessons of patience and waiting. We want things a long time before we get them, and the fact that we want them a long time makes them all the more precious when they come." -Joseph Smith

Lagoon

On the 13th, Drew's work had their annual party at Lagoon! It was so fun! Drew didn't really know many of the people there yet, but the dinner and things were still a lot of fun! I'm not so much a fan of Lagoon. I don't like the rides, but its fun to take kids! Nothing scary for me on the kiddy stuff! lol

On the ride up, Rie said "Goodbye!" to the super cute hair style I gave her! Oh well.

She tried her first Dippin Dots
There weren't a lot of rides for Aria to go on by herself. Next time we go we'll bring along a cousin or two that can go on the little kiddy rides with her.

Her favorite ride was certainly the train ride! She loved the ducks and animals along the way.

She got nervous in the tunnel when it went really dark...
The company dinner there was fun! Rie kept wanting to make friends and wanted them to be done with dinner so they could play! No luck, the kids all left with their parents after.
By the time we left she was tuckered out. She had a lot of fun, and was ready for a nap. She slept all the way home! Can't wait for next year when she can have more fun!

Hahaha! I love the difference in the looks on her face / the way she is acting between looking over the edge on the train, and being in the tunnel. So cute!

I have not been to Lagoon in years. I can't believe how big she is getting. I'm glad you had a great time!
